A sushi cake....sounds a little fishy to me!

When I was asked to make a sushi cake, I wasn't sure if I could pull it off.  It turns out it was much easier than I expected!  All I needed were some fruit roll ups, fruit snacks, cupcakes, coconut, cake, frosting, and a little creativity! :)  Here's the final product:
